Not too long ago I had come across a report about this place that served Gourmet Burgers with sourdough bread so I thought I would give it a try today. I had the Aussie Burger (RM25) which comes in sizes of 6 oz or 10 oz. I had the 6 oz version and asked for it to be prepared medium rare. My lunch companion, HL, had the salmon burger (RM28).

I think I ended up feeling like I had been oversold on the place based on what I read in the article. The aussie burger was a letdown. I found some parts of the patty charred and bitter. And it was generally not very juicy at all. The sourdough bread was OK but it didn't really add to my enjoyment of the meal.

HL found his burger too dry as well. Perhaps it's the style here. If that is the case, then it's really not how I like my burgers.

The other peeve that I had with the place was the air condition was not cold enough.
